If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the closest one in length , but leave your exact measurements in the appropriate field so we can customize the sandal for you.
Each of our sandals is handcrafted to offer you a shoe that fits perfectly.
For this reason, we ask you to provide us with two simple measurements , which will allow us to adapt the model exactly to the shape of your foot.
1. Foot length
Place your bare foot on a sheet of paper, keeping your heel flat against a wall.
Using a pencil, mark the furthest point of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
Next, measure the distance between the two points with a ruler or tape measure.
📏 Write the result in centimeters (e.g. 24.7 cm).
Tip : It is recommended to take the measurement at the end of the day, when the foot is more relaxed and slightly more swollen.
2. Instep circumference
Use a flexible tape measure and wrap it horizontally around the instep, which is the highest part of your foot , just after your toes (not on your ankle).
Make sure the tape measure fits snugly against your skin , but not too tightly.
Important : Take the measurement while standing, to ensure a more accurate measurement of the actual fit.
Where to enter the measurements
When completing your order, please write both measurements in the field:
“Special Ordering Instructions” , which you will find in your cart during checkout.
Alternatively, you can also send them via email or WhatsApp, specifying the order number.
